Octopus at the Local Restaurant

Greece - Mykonos - Octopus at the Local Restaurant

Often we talk about sourcing local ingredients for restaurant menus. Now this is fresh from the sea…

Octopus appears in many forms in Greek cuisine. It is boiled, grilled, fried, roasted, braised, marinated…use your imagination. A simple spritz of fresh lemon juice, a drizzle of olive oil, perhaps a sprinkling of oregano or chilies, is all that is needed. Fabulous.
